本日は、僕の考えた新企画を発表します。
その名も
『百円ショップの種をペットボトルで育てたらどうなるのか〜』企画です。
ドドーン！
なんでこんな企画を思いついたかというと、理由は２つあって
・毎年１つか、２つの作物を育てるだけだと、いろんな野菜を作れるようになるまで時間が掛かり過ぎるから
・世間一般の、園芸に興味が無い人たちにも、野菜作りを手軽に楽しんでもらいたいから
というのが大きいです。
去年、園芸の面白さに目覚めた僕は、仲間をもっともっと増やしたいのです。
ということで、さっそく今回のルールを説明します。
・使うのは、ダイソーで買った「種」のみ
・プランターは使わず、ペットボトルを使用
ここまで読んだあなたは、きっとこう思ったかもしれません。
いえいえ、違うんです。
なんと今回は、大根や人参も育てちゃいます（笑）
なんて常識外れ。でも僕にはうまくいく自信があります。その理由は…
何を隠そうこの僕、実は金魚愛好家でもあるのです。

金魚たちの大きさが、水槽の大きさに比例して成長するのを見て、ピンときたんです。
「もしかしたら野菜も環境に合わせて大きさが変わるかも」って。
とりあえず、やってみよう！ということで、今回用意したものです↓
・野菜の土
・紙ポッド
・ペットボトル
・野菜の種（インゲン、大根、人参、アスパラガス、ミニトマト、オクラ、ブロッコリー、枝豆）
まずは、野菜の土を紙ポッドに敷き詰めます。
発芽させるのに、紙ポッドで種を一括管理した方がラクですからね。
ここに種を埋めていきます。
でもこれだと、「どこに何の種をまいたか分からない」ですよね。なので、名札を自作しました。
使ったのはこれ↓500ml用のペットボトル
これをカッターとハサミで切り抜きます。
そして油性ペンで名前を書いたらー
ジャーン！名札の出来上がり。
「ブロッコリー」「アスパラガス」などと油性ペンで書けば、雨が降っても安心ですね。
あとは、これを土に挿して
少し見づらいですが（笑）
完成！
一応参考までに、種の発芽日数をまとめておきます↓
・大根 5日前後
・ミニトマト 5-7日
・ブロッコリー 5-7日
・枝豆 7日前後
・インゲン 7-10日
・人参 10日前後
・オクラ 10日前後
・アスパラガス 20-30日
あとは芽が出たら、2L用のペットボトルに苗を移し替えるだけです。
