の話をしましたね。
あれから、もみ殻くん炭を購入しました😁
本日のメニュー
まずは「シソ」のビフォー写真
実は、「シソ」最近調子が良いんです。
まだ『もみ殻くん炭』あげてないんですけどね（笑）
前回の記事では、しおれていた様子をお伝えしました。
あれから、「この子を甘やかしちゃダメだ！」と思って、水の量を逆に減らしたんです。
そしたら、大きく立派に成長しました（笑）
一つ学びがありましたね。
「青シソ」は水をあげすぎない方がよく育つ
植物も人間も甘やかし過ぎはダメなのかもしれません。

相変わらずいますね〜
「シソ」がよくても「レタス」には、くん炭が必要なようです。
ということで、こちら↓の『もみ殻くん炭』を使っていきます！
『もみ殻くん炭』を使う時の注意点
今から全部の土を掘り起こすわけにはいきませんね。
家に住んでいたら、ある日いきなり他人が入ってきて、出ていけ！と言われるようなもんですからね。野菜にはストレスです。
ということで、「苗の周囲」と「土の表面」にのみ使っていきたいと思います。
『くん炭』の分量は、全体の土の10%程度が良いとされています（pHがアルカリ側に偏るため）
まずは、苗の周囲を掘って
この時、できるだけ「根っこ」を傷つけないようにします
掘り起こした土は、バケツに入れましょう。
無ければビニール袋でもOKです。
ここに『もみ殻くん炭』を投入して、よくかき混ぜます。
均一に混ざりました。これをプランターに戻します。
この時、土が葉っぱに掛からないようにしましょう！
続いて、レタスの周囲に、『くん炭』をまきます。

あれから「青シソ」は水を控えめに、というかほとんどあげてないですが
ぐんぐん成長しています↓
これが「もみ殻くん炭」のおかげかはわかりません。多分違うでしょう。
一方のレタスは↓
葉っぱの健康状態がやや悪化しました。
葉の裏側にいた「アブラムシ」も、白くなってほぼ全滅しています。

土壌のpHがアルカリ側に傾いたのが原因でしょうかね？
なんだか美味しそうな感じでは無くなりましたね(´・ω・)
結論としては、
レタスに「もみ殻くん炭」はあげない方がよかったです。
「アブラムシ」は食べる前に水で流すか、「牛乳」をスプレーするだけで良かったですね。
かわいそうですが、レタスはプランターから除去しました。
ここにハツカダイコンの苗でも移植しようと思います。

4日前に種をまいた「ラディッシュ」が発芽しました🌱
は、はやい。さすが名前の通り、二十日で食べられそうな勢いですね。
